With a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Florida, coupled with over a decade of executive leadership experience in the defense and security space, he is recognized as an expert in bridging scientific innovation with commercial strategy. His career is defined by a proven ability to translate advanced technology into real-world applications, consistently driving significant improvements in financial performance and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, including executive leadership roles such as Sr. Director, Portfolio Management and Managing Director, Biotechnology, Warren has managed multi-million dollar product portfolios, executed impactful pricing strategies, and led successful M&A integrations. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, leading with a philosophy of servant leadership, strategic clarity, and measurable progress. His ultimate drive stems from the mission of protecting those who protect us, leveraging our technology to enhance safety and security and ensure people return home at the end of their day.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Warren is a firm believer in lifelong learning, constantly exploring new ideas in strategy, business, and personal finance — he’s even given webinars on the topic and is happy to share insights!
