New Additions to Bertin Environics Team in 2024

We are glad to announce that we start the year of 2024 by adding two new faces to our already strong team of commited and specialized CBRN professionals: Petri Karhula and Mikko Maunu are the most recent members of Bertin Environics Team, occupying the positions of CBRN Application Manager and Sales Manager for Middle East respectively. Due to their functions they will be part of the front line of communication with our customers and partners, therefore we share a brief introduction and insight to their backgrounds.

Petri’s background is mostly from industrial automation and industrial camera and vision systems. He has worked as software developer, SW architect and SW manager with camera products. He has also worked as product manager for defect and process anomaly camera systems for paper industry.

As a CBRN Application Manager for Armoured Vehicles, Petri will work closely with our Sales Team, and his main responsability will be providing them technical support for CBRN System Solutions for Armoured Vehicle applications.

Miko’s background concerns directly to the Finnish Defence Forces. With a total of 15 year of experience as an officer, he served 2 years in Afghanistan, 1 year in Somalia and 2 years in Iraq. In his last tours he was an advisor for senior officers.
For the last 7 years he has been simultaneously working for some time as an officer and entrepreneur, since he owned a construction company.

Mikko Maunu joins Bertin Environics as Sales Manager for the Middle East region.
