Tiina Kuula to Lead International Sales Development Outside North America

Tiina Kuula brings extensive experience in international B2B technology sales, business development, and defence sector customer engagement. In her role as Sales Team Lead, she will lead and coach the team of Sales Managers, further develop structured sales processes and forecasting, and expand the company’s distributor network in selected export markets.

Tiina has previously held senior sales and business development positions at Labkotec, OptoFidelity, Senop and Tasowheel Systems, where she has successfully built partner networks, developed sales practices, and managed complex customer relationships with industrial and government stakeholders. Her strong analytical and customer-value-driven approach supports systematic sales development and long-term growth.

Petteri Kupiainen to Drive Global Service Business

Petteri Kupiainen joins Bertin Environics to lead the development and commercialization of the company’s service business. As Service Business Manager, he will be responsible for the global service portfolio, sales of service offerings, and lifecycle customer support together with the service team.

Petteri has more than 20 years of international experience in service operations and program leadership at Nokia in Finland, China, and the Middle East and Africa. He has led large multicultural organizations, built new operating models, improved service efficiency and utilisation, and supported commercial teams in customer proposals and service agreements. His background in managing complex, long-lifecycle systems strengthens Bertin Environics’ ability to deliver high-quality customer support worldwide.
