We would like to inform that Bertin Environics will be implementing a new business system (ERP) on 1 June 2026. This is an important step in developing our operations and improving collaboration and efficiency with all our stakeholders.
In connection with the system change, the following updates will take place:
- Documents such as offers, order confirmations, invoices, and other business documents will have an updated appearance.
- Item codes and product descriptions may change as part of the system transition.
- Other minor adjustments to document formats and system processes may also occur.
Important timing to note:
- The new system will be taken into use on 1 June 2026.
- During weeks 22 and 23, delays and temporary disruptions in processes, deliveries, or invoicing may occur as part of the transition.
The transition has been carefully planned, and any effects during this period are expected to be temporary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
